Will Litecoin Hashrate Break ATH this year?

Writer's picture: johnezjohnez

According to CoinWarz.com Litecoin's hashrate continues to climb sustaining an average this morning of over 500 TH/s. The last time this happened was July 2019 with the actual high registering in at 637.68 TH/s at block 1,667,075.

With more and more of the new Bitmain L7 Scrypt miners coming online I suspect this trend will continue. The miners are now sold out on Bitmain's website. MSRP for these units is $12,800. This author has seen them on secondary markets for as much as $18,000.

You can follow the hashrate of most major PoW chains by visiting CoinWarz.com.
